וְאֹ֣יְבַ֔י תַּ֥תָּה לִּ֖י עֹ֑רֶף מְשַׂנְאַ֖י וָאַצְמִיתֵֽם׃
Du hast auch meine Feinde dazu gebracht, mir den Rücken zu kehren; Ja, diejenigen, die mich hassen, damit ich sie abschneide.
Midrash Tanchuma
Thy hand shall be upon the neck of thine enemies (ibid.). This refers to David, who would descend from him: Thou hast made mine enemies turn their backs unto me (II Sam. 22:41).
